Gift Aid allows you to increase the value of your donations by 25% at no extra cost to you.

We can claim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a UK tax payer and have paid Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the amount of Gift Aid claimed on your donations in the same tax year.

I want to Gift Aid all my previous donations I have made in the past 4 years and all future donations to Al-Madeenah Islamic Society.

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I gave up to 5 April 2014 and will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6 April 2014.

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
