The Livelihood Initiative

One of the key objectives of Al-Madeenah Islamic Society was to provide destitute families with provisions for their livelihood. We have supported many families with livelihood projects who are able to maintain their family.

Rickshaw

This is a motorised pedal rickshaw which is a common mode of transport in Bangladesh. These rickshaws are brand new and gifted to eligible beneficiaries

Farmer Aid

With the Farmer Aid scheme, we purchase a large and healthy cow so the farmer can maintain his family by selling the milk.

Small Business Grant

These grants are awarded to those eligible individuals who have a business idea that will generate income sufficient enough to support their family.
